Fully lined in white Swiss batiste made from 100% Egyptian Pima Cotton, with a layer of authentic French Point D'esprit tulle for added fullness. Trimmed in black Japanese velveteen ribbon. Hand-pleated trim along skirt hem. Hand-shirred detail in the bodice coupled with elastic in the straps provides room for growth. Finished with French seams and couture hand stitching. Pair with the Ruffled Pant in Moon Mist to complete the ensemble.
